General Help

We have tested the site, including the personal profile and wellness dashboard area, and verified that it should work on computers made within the past four years and running either Windows or Macintosh operating systems. Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari all can work with the content on the site.
Older computers and operating systems may have problems with some content.

Videos and animation

The site's video and animated exercises require Flash, the same technology used to play YouTube videos. Your browser must have a recent version of FlashPlayer. If you were able to watch the video on our Home page, your FlashPlayer is up to date. If you got an error message on the Home page, your computer needs the updated FlashPlayer. You can get it by clicking OK and following the on-screen directions.

Cancelling your membership

If you decide to cancel your membership, the easiest way is to log in and send a message to your trainer telling him you want to cancel. He will contact our credit card service and cancel all scheduled payments. If you prefer to cancel via e-mail, you can send us a message here. Be sure the e-mail includes your contact information, so we will know who you are.
